Every time you expose an 88x31 banner on your site, your 88x31 banner will get exposure 5 times on other sites! So if you're interested, go ahead, read the rules and join!
I've added one important rule that addresses a recently encountered problem: All sites must have English as their main language. I guess I assumed that people would know that an English banner rotation would accept only English sites unless stated otherwise? But a lot of sites in Portuguese etc, have been joining. I just want to say, that from now on such sites will not be accepted. Sorry, but I want to be able to understand every site completely :) That's about it!
